These dark hot chocolate flakes are made REAL chocolate that has been finely ground and flavoured with a fruity raspberry flavouring. They are made in the Parisian Style so are sweeter than our Belgian Style collection. They can be prepared using different methods ranging from a microwave or milk frother for home use or a steam wand in a more commercial setting.
They come in a range of sizes at different pricing tiers. These are 250g retail bags for shops and then 1kg - 20kg versions which are intended more for catering or other commercial activities.
