Experience the very earthy flavour of the 85% Dark Hot Chocolate Flakes. This is an extra bitter chocolate and we do advise that it may not be for everyone. You may want to add a little sugar to taste for this one.
These flakes can be conveniently made at home using a microwave or milk frother. For a commercial applications, a steam wand can be used. Available in sizes ranging from 250g retail bags to 5kg packs.
