These luxury, Vegan dark hot chocolate flakes are made with REAL chocolate that has been finely ground and flavoured with a fruity raspberry flavouring. They are produced in the Parisian Style so are sweeter than our Belgian Style range. They can be prepared using different methods, ranging from a microwave or milk frother for home use to a steam wand in a more commercial setting. These can be purchased in larger quantities for catering.
